Today would be the best day to share my experience with yog anushasan by snehal My mother always guided me to practice yoga since my childhood days. But as we get older we don't value the importance of these traditional exercises which are now followed by Western culture. So when I joined snehal i had a mindset that maybe i won't be able to continue for long as it's very slow and we tend to lose interest. But since January till today ,yoga has become the most important thing In my daily life. I had many issues related to cervical, spine and mental and gynaecological health which have almost disappeared gradually. I would like to thank snehal who always enlightens us with her positive spirit,gentle speech and focused asanas. I can feel a major difference in my postures which has strengthened my overall confidence. It has helped me to appreciate my body become aware of the mind and noisee it creates but still make peace with who you are. Letting go is the hardest asanas. If you have any hesitance about starting yoga she’s great to start with in a personal session. I started practicing prenatal yoga with Snehal from the 4th month of pregnancy. Her instructions during practice and guidance motivated me to do yoga daily till the day of labor. It reduced the discomfort in body and made me ready physically & mentally for the delivery. Pranayam helped to reduce my anxiety during various stages in pregnancy. Breathing techniques helped me during labor and eased the entire process of 8 hours and could deliver a baby naturally.
