Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga

Pregnancy is divine stage in women’s life. It offers a unique opportunity to experience the very goal of yoga – a profound sense of unity with all of creation. It is also a time to deeply reconnect with the power of feminine wisdom. Your body needs to cope up with the continuous changes occurring at physical, biological and psychological needs.

Yoga can help a woman deeply connect with the new life growing within her body – physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

Prenatal Yoga

You will develop an understanding of womb anatomy and female physiology, the hormonal changes of pregnancy, learn how to use asana modifications, breathing techniques and pranayama. It will be 50 min dedicated session.

Postnatal Yoga

After birth and while you are still breast feeding, simply joining a gym may not be the correct solution for you. The postnatal yoga classes are a per-monthly batch, and they’re focused on gentle strengthening of the core and pelvic floor, as well as overall body strengthening and stretching, and breathing exercises. 

The classes are suitable for 6 weeks postpartum (normal delivery) and 8 weeks postpartum (caesarean). To sign up, please fill in the form below.
