This year we wanted to do something unique for our PAN India colleagues. A virtual 90 mins session designed for us around anger & stress management. Snehal highlighted theoretical concepts of Yoga. She explained how stress & anger emotions can trigger our body to react. This was followed by training techniques to cope up such scenarios. Along with facial yoga techniques that help in relieving stress. It was a wonderful insightful session which our colleagues enjoyed thoroughly.
